Fire victim assistance includes:
  • Food, clothing, furniture, household items, and emergency financial assistance.
  • Informational seminars regarding debris removal, insurance claims, building codes, tax issues, rebuilding procedures, etc.
  • Assistance with necessary government support and SBA loans.
  • Conducted multiple clothing and toy drives for distribution to fire victims.
  • '03 Fire: Procured funding and coordinated construction of Pineridge Bridge (Value $125,000) in Cedar Glen, also assisted with funding and reconstruction of two Cedar Glen Homes.
  • '07 Fire: Coordinated Immediate, Intermediate and Long Term Recovery needs. For "Long-Term Recovery" over $800,000 was collected allowing 10 fire victims, who were underinsured, the opportunity to rebuild.
