During the previous 5+ years ('04 - '09) Hearts & Lives, through collaboration and parterning, has assisted over 2,500 families (8,000+ clients) with over 3 million dollars in assistance coming into our community.
Service programs include:
Safe Roads Campaign:
Providing car seats to families in need.
Children's Fund:
Holiday food basket and Children's boot and coat distributions.
Project Santa:
Distributing toys and food to children, seniors and the disabled.
San Bernardino County:
Coordinated distribution of free firewood.
Emergency Food and Shelter Program:
Providing assistance with utilities, rent, groceries, gas and holiday food baskets.
Community Action Partnership:
Rent and Utility assistance, food and gas vouchers.
Kids Plate:
Injury prevention for Children.
Change A Life:
Providing support for critical needs.
