Phase I
- Drilling of Well No. 1 is complete. The well hole was recently treated with the “Aquafree” technology to clean up the rock fractures. Additional development to start next month.
- 3.0 miles of waterlines have been installed, tested and activated to date. Note, fire hydrants were installed at 600-foot interval.
- 475,000 gallon reservoir is under construction and 90% complete. Exterior painting will have to wait till spring as it requires warmer temperatures for the application.
- 3.0 miles of road grading was completed in conjunction with the waterline installation.
- 0.5 miles of road paving was completed.
- Pine Ridge waterline was added to Phase I and advertised for bids to construct on January 26th. This pipeline is 3,100 feet in length.
- Well No. 1 equipping is on hold pending power extension to the site.
- Drainage structures to be installed as part of the demo and clean up (Code Enforcement) work that is currently on-going.
Phase II A contract for design services was awarded to Albert A. Webb Associates on September 15, 2009. Design is underway with first projects being ready for bid in early spring 2010.
