Acting as the governing body of County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone CG (Cedar Glen):
- Approve contract with Harich Enterprises Company, Inc. of Running Springs, CA in the amount of $246,690 for the drilling, construction, and testing of Water Well No. 1 in the Cedar Glen community.
- Authorize changes and additions up to $24,669 for the project pursuant to Section 20142 of the California Public Contract Code; and authorize the Director of the Special Districts Department to execute changes or additions to the work being performed in connection with the contract for a total amount not to exceed $24,669.
- Authorize the Director of the Special Districts Department to file a Notice of Completion with the Auditor/Controller-Recorder once all work is satisfactorily completed.
- Direct the Auditor/Controller-Recorder to record the Notice of Completion.

ARROWHEAD MANOR WATER COMPANY update............ On September 30th the Governor signed into law Assemblyman Anthony Adams legislation that will provide residents financial relief from penalties and interest accrued by the prior owner of the water company.
